Buying a home is an exciting time in one's life. Making the smart move of choosing a REALTOR® is your first step to ensuring that your new home and community meets your needs. Our services and experience range from assisting you in understandinmg your financial options to helping you find the home that best suits you and your family. - For your conveience and to save your time, a client listing site will be developed that provides listings to your e-mail. As soon as a house becomes available that you meets your criteria you will be notified.
- Guide you through the entire home buying process, from loan appliaction, finding homes, to contract negotiations.
- Make sure you don't over pay for your new home and help you avoid costly mistakes.
- Answer all of your questions about the local market area, including schools, neighborhoods, the local economy, and more.
Before You Start Looking For Your New Home:
- Determine a comfortable monthly budget for your new purchase, including down payment and monthly payment.
- We will assist you in finding a lender and loan program that meets your needs. The lender will Check your credit scores! Today, loan programs and interest rates are credit score driven. If there are any issues, you can straighten out any errors before you begin to look. And, get pre-approved.
- Don't be house poor! Make sure you haven't maxed yourself out on the monthly housing payment and have nothing left for other monthly items.
- Choose a REALTOR® that you trust, who understands your needs and is an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designated agent who will represent you.
- Determine what neighborhoods best matches your needs.
- Identify important features you need in your new home.
- Lender fees - include charges for loan processing, underwriting, document preparation and establishing an escrow account.
- Title Company fees - include charges for lender insurance, title search and closing fees.
- County Government fees - include deed, and mortage recording.
- Escrow and interest fees - include homeowner's insurance, loan interest, real estate taxes, and occasionally private mortgage insurance.
- Miscellaneous fees - Home Inspection, Termite inspection and Radon Inspection.
