When you arrive, we know you will be busy with your new position. So, at your convenience, we will provide a tour of the city so you can become knowledgeable and comfortable with your enviroment. You will receive information about the town, shopping, schools, how to get around and neighborhoods. Feel free to bring questions about the area or sites that you want to visit. This overview will show you how easy it is to travel around our city and how quickly you will begin to feel at home.
Relocation Information:
You will be provide with relocation information on the city and its suburbs. It may be a packet of information, web sites to visit or a DVD with information about the communities that make up our great city. You can also visit our web site and click on "Community Profiles" for a variety of web sites with information about the city, education, arts, sports, etc.
Loan Counseling:
We do recommend that you contact a lender early in the process and be pre-approved for your new loan. We will accompany you to the lender and help you in reviewing loan programs. Selecting a loan is more then just the interest rate. You should consider rate, closing costs, loan terms and lender service to make the best selection. Also, since you do not deal in the loan market everyday, we know questions to ask the lender to help you make the best decision. What house payment fits in your family budget may be different than what you can qualify for in a loan. We will ask you for a price range once you know the loan payment you want. We start at the bottom of the range and do not move up in price unless you tell us.
Finding Your Home:
We know the communities, neighborhoods, schools, shopping in the areas we serve. With your input of your wants and needs and what is important to you, we will provide a list of properties available in your price range. Having toured these areas, you will know what neighborhoods you will want to see.
As you select the properties you like, we can assist you in analyising the pros and cons of the homes. We will show you any listing with any real estate company, new construction or For Sale By Owners that we are aware of that meets your requirements.
Moving Out of Town:
If you are moving out of town, our marketing plan will accomplish your goal - selling your house. In today's market, an experienced Realtor is essential. With over 30 years of market knowledge, professional experience and contract negotiations, we can assist you in obtaining the best price for your current home. Properly pricing and presenting your home to the buying public is critical.
